Position: Client Services Manager

Salary range: $65,000-75,000 annually

Reports to: COO

Minutes Solutions is a fast-growing professional minute taking company based in Toronto, Canada, that serves a global clientele. We strive to provide the highest-quality, prompt, and service-friendly minute-taking solutions and to be the preferred choice for any entity that requires professional minute taking.

We are looking for a proven Client Services Manager to manage day-to-day operations, spearhead the onboarding of new clients, and implement new strategies to manage our hardworking employees and daily deliverables alongside our COO. We are looking for an individual who can help us sustain and increase our growth trajectory and implement ideas and strategies to take our company to the next level and beyond!

With your experience and talents, you’ll be able to lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective in their dealings with our clients and contractors. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience overseeing employees and client relations in a friendly, supportive, and inclusive manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the COO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational and growth strategies, and hiring needs
  • Develop effective communication and onboarding practices for new clients
  • Monitor, measure, and set goals for client satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure that all client issues are handled and resolved in a timely fashion
  • Oversee customer interactions and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
  • Work with other departments to facilitate operational needs and present new ideas as necessary for the ongoing success of the organization

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A wide-ranging understanding of technology – familiarity with tech or IT functions considered an asset
  • 3+ years’ experience in a client-facing managerial role
  • Experience with onboarding clients and customer success programs considered an asset
  • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve, communication, and personal integrity
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and openness to new ideas
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Client-oriented mindset
  • Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
  • Background related to customer service or business analysis considered an asset
