Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours/week

Salary Range: $18,000 – $21,000 per year
Minutes Solutions, a rapidly growing professional minute-taking and transcription company in Toronto, is seeking a sales administrative assistant to join our growing team.
We specialize in taking formal minutes for a variety of industries and organizations, including corporations, condominium boards, associations, and non-profits.
The Sales Administrative Assistant will report to the VP of Sales + Marketing and assist with data entry and administration related to sales. Key responsibilities will include entering client information into our internal CRM, updating client information and preferences, reviewing customer information forms and saving them accordingly, carefully gathering necessary information from new clients and relaying that to our operations team, and corresponding with current, new, and prospective clients.
As the role progresses, the Sales Administrative Assistant will also become the first point of contact for inbound leads and possibly guide prospects through the entirety of the client cycle.
- Experience with customer service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Laptop and ability to work remotely required
- Flexible schedule with daytime availability required
