Minute-taking is a consistent challenge for many of our members, so we were pleased to welcome Minutes Solutions to lead a workshop at our recent annual conference titled The Art of Minute-Taking. The team delivered four one-hour sessions in a single day, and the workshops were very well received.
Participants appreciated not only the practical guidance offered during the sessions but also the helpful take-home handouts and the team’s willingness to provide ongoing resources and support. The workshops struck the right balance between professional instruction and approachable delivery, making the content accessible and actionable for a wide range of attendees.
Our association also recently engaged Minutes Solutions to provide professional minutes for our board meetings. After our first meeting, I can confidently say I am pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work.
