Training Platform – Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the training platform operated by Minutes Solutions Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including purchasing or participating in any courses, training programs, or associated materials (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to the Platform and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To access certain features or content, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Keep your login credentials confidential; and
• Be responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if there is reason to believe that your account has been compromised or is being misused.

You may use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Share, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Circumvent or interfere with the security features of the Platform;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; and
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

All content, materials, and software on the Platform are the property of Minutes Solutions Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Platform does not grant any ownership rights. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the training materials in accordance with these Terms.

Access to certain training courses may require payment. All prices are listed in Canadian or US dollars unless otherwise specified. Payments are due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds will not be issued unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Platform without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform in any way.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

The Platform and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content, or your ability to achieve any learning or professional outcomes.

We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minutes Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform;
• Any errors or omissions in the content; or
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
