We run a property management company in Toronto and have been using Minutes Solutions for all of our board meetings and Annual General Meetings for years. In all of this time (probably hundreds of meetings by now), we have never once had a problem with any of their staff or their company. They are easy to work with, flexible, and offer a very good product.
