Noah founded Minutes Solutions in 2014 after spending two years running a very similar business called CMS. Entrepreneurship is in his blood as both sides of his family built and ran successful companies. In 2011 Noah graduated from the Business Management program at Dalhousie University where he majored in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Darien is a Toronto-based writer with a wide range of experience, having worked and volunteered at various NGOs, followed by a six-year stint as a QA analyst at CIBC. He joined Minutes Solutions in 2024.
Matt graduated from Carleton University in 2008 with a double major in law and political science and a minor in business. He worked in sales and marketing in the produce industry and in property management and development before joining Minutes Solutions in 2022. Outside of work, Matt is busy enjoying time with his spouse and two young children.
Ashley is a registered professional recruiter with a background in HR. After earning a BA in psychology from McGill University in her hometown of Montreal, she moved to the GTA to further explore her passion for helping great people find rewarding careers. In her free time, Ashley moonlights as a digital artist and has been enjoying exploring Southern Ontario with her best pal, a 100-pound Bernese shepherd named Ollie!
Erin started at Minutes Solutions in 2017 after already working in the field for several years. She has a background in both history and graphic design. She enjoys reading up on various periods in history and practicing one of her main hobbies, photography. Outside of work, Erin keeps busy with her family and volunteering.
Sunita is a seasoned sales and administration professional and has a BA from the University of Toronto. Sunita started with Minutes Solutions in 2020. In her spare time, Sunita enjoys spending time with her family, reading and has recently taken up bicycling.
Leanne began working with Minutes Solutions as a minute taker in 2019 and moved into the Sales team in 2021. She has been in her current role as a Customer Success Specialist since May 2024. In her spare time, Leanne is pursuing a PhD studying cooperatives in the visual arts. She also loves the outdoors and camping, and dreams of owning her own canoe some day.
Josipa earned a bachelor’s degree in Culture and Tourism from the University of Zadar in Croatia, which reflects her interest in exploring different cultures. Josipa has worked in a number of industries for more than five years, gaining experience in operations and customer service. She enjoys rising before sunrise and unwinding with a good book. Also, she likes to hike and explore the vast Canadian wilderness.
Jay is a friendly and detail-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in education and client-facing roles, where she supported teams, coordinated operations, and helped create positive learning and working environments. She earned two master’s degrees in Education in the U.S., which helped shape her strong communication and leadership skills.
