With a decade of banking expertise, Mia is now a Finance Specialist at Minutes Solutions. Beyond the numbers, she finds joy in family time, crafting projects, and getting lost in a good book. When she needs to unwind, the sun and sea of a beach getaway are her perfect escape.
Michelle started her editorial career at major daily newspapers in Canada and Asia and has been applying her journalistic sensibilities to editing and training for Minutes Solutions since 2015. When not dotting i’s and crossing t’s, she can be found running in the woods near her Toronto home or walking her delinquent dog.
Ellen is a Certified Structural Editor whose rigorous approach to editing was honed from more than 10 years of experience in corporate communications, news, and non-fiction. Words matter, so Ellen actively follows shifts in language, style, and culture to help clients navigate industry expectations and language pitfalls.
In addition to providing editing services across the globe, Robyn is a published author of a Children’s book released in two languages by Varrak Publishing House in 2022. She also has a particular interest in entrepreneurialism, learning, and how to bring a human-centred and inclusive approach to everything she does.
Liam is an experienced sales professional with 14 years of expertise in multiple industries. He has led successful teams in automotive sales and residential custom home sales. At Minutes Solutions, Liam is dedicated to providing helpful and professional services to clients. Outside of work, Liam enjoys exploring nature through camping, hiking, and skiing.
Claire graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science and pursued progressive client service roles in corporate research and technology enablement solutions. Claire started as a Minute Taker and loves to share her first-hand knowledge and expertise about Minutes Solutions’ best-in-class team and processes with prospective and current clients.
Jolene started with Minutes Solutions as a part-time minute taker, becoming full-time in September 2022. She has previously done a medical transcription editor course, which has prepped her for the minute-taking field. Jolene has extensive knowledge in mapping, hydrogeology, and the farming industry.
Jodie has extensive experience in property management, medical, and legal environments. She was previously an entrepreneur running a transcription business for 10+ years. She also previously chaired meetings for Condo Corporations, so has a unique perspective with minute taking. Her favourite things are cats and naps.
Sandra joined Minutes Solutions in 2020 and has over 20 years of experience with meeting planning, facilitation, minute taking, and report writing through her work with staff, volunteers, and Boards of non-profit organizations in the areas of health and mental health policy and research. Her favourite times are spent with her family at their cottage in Sauble Beach.
Omotola began working with Minutes Solutions as a minute taker in 2019. She is presently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration and, in her spare time, attends a Personal Support Worker course for her love for caregiving. Omotola also loves reading and dancing to salsa and Jamaican music. She aspires to be a board member of a dynamic company someday.
