LORENA ARAUJO

Lorena joined Minutes Solutions as a minute taker in 2018 for what was supposed to be a temporary endeavour. Since starting her career, she has served as programs director at a sales start-up before transitioning to the non-profit space, where she has held research and government relations roles. Lorena is currently pursuing the Project Management Institute certification. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, exploring cocktail bars, and spending time with her two dogs.

KATRINA MACDONALD (JANEIRO)

Katrina has been with Minutes Solutions since 2017 after 10 years of working in construction administration and medical transcription. Outside of work, Katrina enjoys running her wedding photography business, volunteering, and spending time and traveling with her husband and their little Yorkie. With her healthcare background, she has taken on highly technical transcription projects and physician societies and other meetings in the medical field successfully. She has also worked on Home Builder’s Associations and other construction and maintenance organizations with ease due to her background in construction administration.

KERRIANNE CARRASCO

Kerrianne is a skilled note taker, report writer, and facilitator. She joined Minutes Solutions in 2019. In her previous consulting career, Kerrianne’s skills were applied to large and small working groups, boards of directors and advisory committees, national public consultations, multi-stakeholder meetings, strategic planning sessions, training sessions, and large conference events in a wide range of issue areas. Kerrianne has created effective reports for a wide range of clients including environment, immigration, health, biotechnology, research and development, Indigenous groups, construction, and agriculture in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Kerrianne’s favourite assignments involved working with multi-stakeholder groups, seeking common ground and consensus among stakeholders with different and often passionately-held viewpoints. Her mission is to help her clients complete their best work.

URSULA GLWADIS ANZIGBAMO WAZA

Ursula began working with Minutes Solutions in 2019. Her background is in finance and French studies and literature, and she has worked in various fields including accounting, tax, and law. In her spare time, Ursula enjoys hiking and serving as a board member on her condo’s board of directors.

CATHY QUINTON

Cathy has an extensive background in advertising and media planning, but currently the common thread is community connections. When not minute-taking, she works locally with independent business owners and contributes to social service agencies serving vulnerable sectors (children, seniors with dementia, and those with accessibility needs). In her free time, Cathy enjoys getting together regularly with her family. Cathy believes that, as a minute taker, one needs to be adaptable no matter the context, be a keen listener, and be naturally inquisitive in this world full of interesting people and topics!
